To meet the evolving mobility needs of consumers, new forms of mobility are emerging, such as e-bicycles, e-scooters, e-mopeds, and microcars.
We provide services across these sectors, helping our clients enhance profitability. We also equip clients with the latest insights on future mobility, optimizing their offerings and business models.
E-bicycles & E-Cargobikes
The number of e-bicycles has increased significantly since the pandemic. A sample engagement in this vertical is our partnership to electrify and decarbonize B2B fleets. We conducted a market analysis, provided go-to-market support, and helped scale the business of our client, who offers e-cargo bikes and fleet management.
E-scooters
E-scooters have become indispensable in cities. We support manufacturers and service providers to optimize their offering and increase profitability. For instance, we did a holistic review of the long-term strategy of a micromobility provider, analyzing over 40,000 data points to assess new market opportunities.
E-mopeds
To advance the electrification of mopeds, we are helping clients scale and improve their business. For example, we partnered with a client to help expand their business and dealership network across more than ten European countries.
Minimobility
Minimobility includes all L6 and L7 types of vehicles, including microcars, tri-/ quadricycles, and golf carts. We assisted a client, for instance, in developing their equity story, which included market sizing, value proposition, and business case assessment, and established connections with potential investors.
Other two-/three wheelers and quadricycles
We support clients focusing on two-/three-wheelers and quadricycles to scale and improve their businesses. Among others, we helped a client assess the market potential for electric two-wheelers in Africa and Asia, with a particular focus on charging infrastructure, and developed strategic plays targeting the highest value pools.
